I bought this with the asvab flash cards and I'm proud to say I scored an 89 on my overall and I scored nothing lower then 78 in all 9 subjects of the asvab ! I highly recommend it if you want to have a big selection when it comes to joining the military

I took the asvab the first time and scored a 13 on the practice test .. i took the offocial asvab scored a 27 first time the second time i scored a 30 then i ordered this book studied it & did test wuesdtions out of it and used asvabtestbank.com for practice questions came back AND SCORED A 50!
This book is amazing - my boyfriend took the ASVAB last spring and (surprisingly on his end) he passed and did really well! We studied 3-4 nights per week for about 3 months using this book. We figured out which areas he needed to focus on the most and worked through the practice problems together (mostly math). This is an awesome resource for anyone wondering how best to study for this exam. We also bought "Barron's ASVAB Flash Cards, 2nd Edition" which were also helpful, but I'll admit we used this book a lot more.

I got a 22 on the ACT so I was expecting a somewhat low score on the ASVAB but I studied for a week straight and got a 91 on the practice test and a 91 on the real test
